What is the shelf life for all of your products? Our products do not need to be refrigerated and they are shelf stable for 6-12 months. Keep your Krave products out of direct sunlight and at room temperature or below, and they will stay fresher longer.

What is your return policy? We do not except any returns. If there is an issue with the product when you receive it, or if it arrives damaged, please feel free to contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to make it right.

Do you use essential oils?  Every ingredient we use is intentionally sourced for its healing quality. Most products have an option to order without EO. 

Do you ship internationally? At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Which products can I use on my children? Most of them - please refer to product discription. Glisten was created by our founder for her toddler who had skin issues. 

Are the colors synthetic? No, colors come from plants and or mica. This is indicated on each product.
