Orders are processed between 5-7 business days*. Krave Cosmetics will contact you if an item is out of stock or if additional information is required for credit verification.

*Note: Orders placed on a Friday after 11am PST and over the weekend will not start being processed until the following Monday. Processed does not mean shipped. We will ship your item after it has been processed. Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday. We are closed on all major holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show any updates.

Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by recipient.

Krave Coametics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage of these items.
